Job Title: Operations Manager
Detailed Description of Job:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and best practices
Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, etc.)
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
Handle budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
Lead, train, and supervise operational staff.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
4-5 years of experience in operations or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/ERP systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Required Experience: Excellent Communication, English verbal and written a must
